Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Tale Studio is a film pre-production and previsualization workspace. Its AI-generated images and video help filmmakers plan and communicate a project before production. This policy explains what you may not create, upload, or share through the Service. It supplements the Terms of Service, especially §§6 and 13–16.
Prohibited content and uses
You may not use Tale Studio to create, upload, or share:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or otherwise sexualized (NSFW) content. Adult sexual content is not permitted, even where the people depicted are adults and consent.
- Any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor, including fictional, animated, or stylized depictions.
- Face swaps, face manipulation, deepfakes, or voice clones involving a real person, even with that person's consent. Tale Studio is not a tool for face manipulation.
- Other content that depicts or impersonates an identifiable real person without the consent or other lawful basis required by the Terms.
- Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, threatens or harasses people, or targets a person or group for abuse.
- Fraudulent advertising, fake endorsements, fabricated news, synthetic evidence, or other content intended to deceive people about a real person, event, product, or organization.
- Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or right of publicity, or otherwise violates applicable law or the policies of the model providers used by the Service.
You also may not bypass safety checks, abuse free or paid usage limits, scrape the Service, or use it for unauthorized automated access.
How we respond
We screen user-supplied text prompts routed to image or video generation, including free generations, through Creem's Moderation API before model generation. Requests flagged or denied by Creem are blocked. If screening is unavailable, we temporarily block generation. These blocked requests do not produce an image or video and do not consume a Take or plan-included generation allowance. Third-party model providers may also refuse requests under their own content rules. We may remove violating content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts as described in the Terms of Service. No screening system is guaranteed to detect every violation, so you remain responsible for your inputs and outputs.
Report a concern
Email support@talestudio.art with a link to the content or enough information to locate it, and a short description of the concern. We will review the report and take action where appropriate. For privacy or account requests, use the same address.
